After the recent display of the Ducati Diavel 1260 and the 2019 Ducati Multistrada 950 S, the company has now unveiled the Ducati Hypermotard 950.This supermoto features the cosmetic and mechanical updates. It is available in two trims – SP and standard. The Italian manufacturer has maintained the cool sports look in this latest model for which the die-hard bike fans were waiting for a long time.

This latest motorcycle now takes an additional 1Nm of torque and additional 4hp of torque and so in total, it takes up to 114hp and 96Nm. The motor of this latest model is capable of making 80 percent of its peak torque at 3000 rpm. This has been achieved successfully by Ducati by increasing the compression ratio of the L-twin, liquid-cooled, 937cc engine. The compression ratio of the engine has been increased from 12.6:1 to 13.3:1.
Some new changes have also been made to this latest model for making it more efficient and superior. A new exhaust valve timing, a throttle body of 53mm and a new injection control unit have been added to this model. The eicma 2018 and the Ducati Hypermotard 950 both feature the 6-speed gearboxes.

The Hypermotard has been equipped with a hydraulic clutch. It features a narrow seat and flatter handlebar with its weight less than its predecessor. For efficient braking, the Brembo 4.32 monobloc front calipers and twin 320mm discs are provided in both the models. Talking about the lightings, Ducati has updated the lightings on the motorcycle and it now features a LED DRL. There are turn and stop light indicators on the handguards as well.

Ducati has also come up with the twin underseat exhausts for 2019. The full-color TFT displays are featured in both the variants. The SP variant features the red-white color scheme and the forged Marchesini wheels.
