Last week at an event in Kuala Lumpur, Samsung launched its newest addition to the Galaxy series, the Samsung Galaxy A9. The most the adored feature this time is the Camera quad technology. According to the company, it is the world’s first rear quad camera smartphone with four separate cameras on the rear.The latest smartphone joins the recently launched Galaxy A7 2018, which introduced the first Galaxy A-series innovation in the camera department by featuring a triple rear camera setup. Infinity display is the another ‘Watch out’ factor with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio as well as the presence of up to 8GB of Ram.

Samsung Galaxy A9 has dual SIM(Nano) and runs Android 8.0 Oreo, and features a 6.3 inch full HD Infinity Display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio and Super AMOLED panel. The experts of the industry exclaimed that this phone is the notable innovation by the company. It has Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, with four cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and four cores clocked at 1.8GHz. It is accompanied by 6GB or 8GB of RAM.
For the camera as mentioned above, it bears a quadruple rear camera quad, with a 24 megapixel primary camera featuring an f/1.7 aperture, a 10 megapixel telephoto camera featuring 2x optical zoom and an f/2.4 aperture, a 5 megapixel depth camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and finally an 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 120 degree lens and f/2.4 aperture.
The main camera uses pixel binning to combine 4 pixels into one, in low-light conditions. Samsung Galaxy A9 adores the 24-megapixel front camera with a f/2.0 aperture in the front. Apart from the Bixby assistant and Samsung pay, it features Face Unlock technology. It also consists of a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

The price of the mobile was not declared at the event, not was availability for the market. It will be available in three colors such as Bubblegum Pink, Caviar Black, and Lemonade Blue color variants, with the first and last featuring a gradient pattern.
